Each quarter, residents are given the opportunity to conveniently support local people in need through various drives, including food, clothing, and toy drives. The Q contributes alongside residents.
Emergency Relief Support
Beyond quarterly initiatives, we respond to urgent needs. During the 2025 LA fires, we offered displaced residents shorter leases, discounted rates, and expedited furnishings.
Adopted Highways
Keeping our streets and highways clean is important to us. We’ve adopted stretches of the 405 and 101, sponsoring their upkeep to support brighter neighborhoods.
